The twin room was well-kept with bath, so that guests had essentials. It had an excellent location just next door to Close to shops, and Seaford, Newhaven and Brighton. Places like Church of All Souls were just a pleasant stroll away from from here too.

The location was great and stunning - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel was set 200 metres from the bus stop. The staff were lovely and pleasant all the time. The breakfast with tea or coffee and a relaxed atmosphere, for instance was very tasty and sensational, had so much to choose from.

The property's location was particularly good close to the promenade. Café The Pavilion located 1 km away was a nice surprise. The food was good, had plenty of options.
